A low impact workout that we offer in 2 formats

SOCIETY CYCLE

Our signature cycle session. We’ll keep you working at a high, aerobic level throughout the session. Fusing movement, music & motivation you’ll be working for the full 45 minutes. Full of variety & individually crafted by our expert cycle coaches.

Suitable for all levels.

CYCLE//MATCH

Add an element of play into your workout. With everything you love about our sessions, in ‘Match’ you have the option of linking your bike up to our team board. The aim is simple, to match the required colour. Think colour by number on a bike!

CYCLE + WEIGHTS

This class is the ultimate combination.  A hybrid cardio workout on the bike combined with an off the bike weights workout focused on the upper body, giving you a varied workout within a single session. 

We’ll work your muscles to an endurance level with continuous high repetitions focused on specific muscle groups to achieve tone whilst shedding calories.

BIKE & BOX

This hybrid session follows a circuits format incorporating cycling, pad boxing and weights, giving you a full and varied workout within a single session.

*We ask participants to bring their own gloves, if you don't have gloves please let us know before the class so we can reserve you a pair.

Strength 35

Our express 35 minute strength workouts are focused on the upper body using a mix of dumb bells, bar bells and body weight exercises.

Suitable for all levels

Pilates

Classic mat-based Pilates that will strengthen your muscles, align your body, & improve your posture, leaving you standing taller and stronger.

Whether it’s the only exercise you do, or balance to other activity, Pilates is a challenging yet achievable full body workout. The focus in Pilates on the core will, in addition to leaving you toned, provide greater mobility & function.
