PILATES & STRETCH AT CYCLE SOCIETY
STRETCH
This is a low-impact, full-body 30 minute stretching session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and core strength. It combines elements of dynamic and static stretching, often incorporating gentle movements and bodyweight exercises to release tension and elongate your muscles.
Suitable for all levels, with the exception of prenatal women and those less than 6 months postnatal.
MAT PILATES
This is a classic mat-based Pilates session that will strengthen your muscles, align your body, and improve your posture, leaving you standing taller and stronger.
Suitable for all levels; expect lots of attention from our qualified coaches who will ensure your technique is safe and effective and that you get the most out of your session.
