CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or amend your session booking, please do this within the 'My Account' section of the website here or on the Momence app. Full details of our cancellation policy is included below.

STUDIO CLASSES

In order for us to provide the best service to all customers, if you need to cancel a studio session booking, you must do so at least 12 hours before the session start time to avoid losing your credit.

For small group sessions (prefixed on the timetable with SG//) the cancellation policy is a strict 12 hours; if you cancel within 12 hours of the start time of the session, or no show, you will lose your credit.

For cycle sessions (prefixed on the timetable with CYCLE//) if you cancel less than 12 hours, but at least 2 hours, before the session start time we will still be able to return your credit provided the session has not been fully booked, or if we are able to fill your space on a fully booked session.

If you cancel less than 2 hours before the start time of a cycle session or no show, you will lose the credit.

ONLINE CLASSES

You may cancel an online class any time up until the start time. For an online class you will only lose your credit if you are booked on and no show.

UNLIMITED STUDIO PACKS OR MEMBERSHIPS

To ensure we can continue to offer the great value of unlimited memberships and the highest level of service to all customers, please be aware that if you have used an unlimited pack or membership to book a studio session and you late cancel or no-show on 2 or more occasions in a single month, we reserve the right to limit your membership (or the remainder of your pack or introductory offer). This limit will be set at a maximum of 13 in-studio classes per month for memberships (pro-rated for the remaining validity of packs or introductory offers). For those on a recurring unlimited membership or a pack with more than one month remaining, your full entitlement to unlimited in-studio sessions will be reactivated after one full month.
